We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
Certain products (e.g., perishable goods, custom-made items, or personal care products) may not be eligible for return. Any such exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 1–5 business days.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50.
Our Return policies are subject to Florida State law, all legal matters will be under the jurisdiction of Florida Law

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
